I grew up reading the Arabian Nights and the stories have shaped my fantasy world.

For this headboard, I mostly thought of a story that doesn’t exist in the original Nights, but it’s with the same characters.
Inspired by the great illustrators of the Nights: Virginia Frances Sterrett, Edmund Dulac, Léon Carré, Kay Nielsen.

Voor dit hoofdbord heb ik vooral aan een verhaal gedacht dat niet voorkomt in de originele Nachten, maar wel met dezelfde karakters.
